DALI stands for DIGITAL ADDRESSABLE LIGHTING INTERFACE.
It is a method, a communication protocol, of controlling electronic lamp drivers via a digital control signal. It is used to switch on/off, dim and address lighting equipment – individually or in group. Lighting material with led modules can only be addressed using this kind of communication protocol.
